How can we order?

You can place order directly on the website or you can write us an email at with the details of your order. In the latter, our customer agent will help you to complete your order.

Can we place order using COD?

COD is not available with us for the Online orders. If you are buying from a city where our stores are located, then you can place an order over the email and can collect the products from our store by paying in cash.

Where are your stores located?

Our stores are located in India across Bangalore, Chennai and Pune. Kindly check our contact us page with the complete address.

How many days will it take for the delivery of the products?

It generally takes 1-3 business days to deliver the products. The time varies from product to product and the city of the delivery of products.

Generally, in all the metro cities the ETA is 1-2 working days but again it depends on the availability of the products and the type of printing method which is selected.

You can always check the delivery timelines with our customer agent who will be able to check the availability of the products and can give you an assure date of delivery of products.


What are all the places that you deliver?

We deliver all across India as well as the globe. We are tied up with multiple logistic partners like Bluedart, Indian Post, DTDC, Gati, Fedex, etc.

Can the products be delivered to different locations of one single order?

Yes, we can deliver it to different locations as per the addresses given by you. However, for this the product needs to be of Rs 1000 per pc. In case of lower value products, extra shipping charges will be applicable.

Your account managers will be able to help you on the same. Once you confirm the products that is selected, you can contact our team to check whether you will be eligible to get free deliveries or there will be extra charges for the same.

Will the size of the product be same as mentioned on the website or Catalog?

Yes, 99% of the cases the size will be same. In some cases, especially for trophies the sizes might vary from 0.5 – 1 inches. These are handcrafted products, so the consistency might get affected sometime in the course of production.

Can we get the GST bill?

Yes, we issue all the bills with the GST details so that you can claim input tax. Ensure that while placing the order, you enter your GST no. along with the correct billing name and address.

In case, you have missed initially then you can contact our customer agent or write us an email at and we will modify and send the revised invoice with the GST details.

We can issue the revised bill in the same month only when the order was placed. Post that we will not be able to modify the invoice.

We belong to SEZ unit, so we want invoice without GST. Is it possible?

Yes, for SEZ units we can give the invoice without the GST. You need to share the details of the SEZ unit with your account manager and they will issue the invoice without the GST and a copy of LUT bond to submit it to your finance team.

Can we pay in cash without the GST?

We mandatorily charge GST on all the transactions. Even if you are paying in cash, then also the GST bill will be issued for the same. If you don’t get invoice for any of your transactions, then you can write us an email at and we will ensure that you get the invoice.

Can we visit and buy directly from the store?

Yes, you can directly visit the store and place an order.

What is the starting price of the products?

The products are starting as low as Rs 35 + GST.

Can we see the physical sample before placing the order?

Yes, you can visit our stores located in Bangalore, Chennai and Pune to see the physical sample of the product.

If you are not based in the above cities, then we can courier the sample to your office. You can contact our customer agent, they will understand your requirement and then will suggest on the same.

Can we get customized printing?

Yes, you can get the products personalised with the contents of your choice. We have various printing options available with us.

Please check out the details of the printing options in the Printing Methods page. On most of our products we do free printing.

Can we get preview of the design / artwork?

Yes, we have a dedicated designing team to do the artwork of your contents. They will share the artwork with you and will take your approval before finally printing on the products.

Can we print our logo / picture on the product?

Yes, you can print or engrave depending on the material of the product. On most of the trophies & medals, we can print the logo or the picture.

For Corporate gifts like pen or keychain, it depends on the availability of the space and the size of your logo.

Is anything extra we have to pay for printing and delivery?

For most of the products, the delivery is free of cost across India. For some items, there is additional shipping charges which is clearly stated in the product detail page.

If I want to replace my product what is the estimated time for the same?

If the stock is readily available, depending on your location, we can replace it ideally between 2-7 days. There will be charges for the courier of the shipment.

However, we don’t assure that the products can be replaced for every product. If the product is personalised and engraving / etching / screen printing / UV printing is done on that, then we don’t replace the product.

In cases, where Trophykart team has done any mistake, then the replacement will be done free of cost for all kind of products.

Will the trophies reach to me safely (without damage), especially the crystal ones?

We have an efficient packaging team who packs the products in such a way that it should be able to bear all the mishandlings during the transit and can reach safely to your hands.

The crystal / glass / acrylic ones are specially packed in thermocol boxes and much extra care is taken for the same.

Can it be gift wrapped?
Yes, on request we can Gift wrapped the product too. Generally, we charge Rs 50 for gift packing. However, in case the size of the product is very big then it will cost a bit more.

Does the colour of the trophy fade after a long time?

The colour will get certainly get affected after a long time for the metallic products. The effect will be less if it is well taken care like the products shouldn’t be kept open in the normal room temperature – ideally, meant to be kept in showcases (covered area) so that it doesn’t get affect with the moisture.

For the plastic and wooden products, it will remain same always.

Can the trophies be polished again?

We do plating on the metallic trophies. It can be redone but with an additional cost. On an average, it will cost in between Rs 500 – Rs 3000 per pc.

Generally, it will not be required if the trophy is handled nicely.


Please advise what lead time is required to have engraving on products?

For engraving, we generally need 1 day after the approval of the artwork and then the shipping time period to you location.

You can check with our customer agent for the delivery timeline to your city.

We need to order minimum of 6 Medals of one colour on the website, is it possible that we can buy total of 6 but in different colours?

Yes, you can do that. Please write us an email with your order details on and our team will help you on the same.

If products get damaged do, we get replace or refund?

Yes, we do free replacement of the product which gets damaged in transit. The same needs to be informed to our team via email along with the pictures of the damaged products within 2 days of receiving the products. In case, the same is not communicated on time then the replacement cannot be given.

Do you custom make the trophy?

Yes, we do make customised trophies. We can make any design as per your imagination. Please go through the custom awards section in the home page to understand the process. You can get it touch with our customer agent to explain your requirement or write us an email at

How many days will you take to make the custom trophies?

Generally, we need approximately 10 – 15 days for the production and then the delivery timeline.

Still, if the requirement is urgent, we can do within a week too if the design is feasible.

If trophy gets damaged do I need to pay for courier charges to send it back or will you arrange for pick up?

The trophy needs to be sent back from your side. Once, we receive the picture of the damaged product then our team will inform you whether to send it back or not.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Yes, we ship products outside India also. The charges will be extra for the same. Once you give us the details of your order, we take the estimated cost from our vendors and will give the quotation to you.

We are tied up with multiple vendors, which helps us to give the best possible quotation.

Will I get any discount if I buy in bulk?

Yes, we do have fixed discount slabs if you buy in bulk. Please refer our section of bulk orders, to understand the rates applicable.

Are you the manufacturers or just dealers?

We are the manufacturers but it’s very difficult for anyone to manufacture all kind of products. We are tied up with manufacturers across India and Globe as well.

We can manufacture all kind of trophies, awards, medals and corporate gifts.

How many days will it take for the products which are in pre order section?

Ideally, it takes 7 – 15 days for the products which comes under pre-order. Still, sometime if the same is urgent, we do deliver it with 3-4 days as well. If it’s urgent, then talk to our customer agent regarding the feasibility of those products and then only place the order for the same.
